Survey Monkey - Create your own survey.

I went visiting the blog of one of our class blog page visitors (Room 7 Team) and found a great page to look at. I loved the survey that they had available on their page using Survey Monkey.  What a cool tool.  Visit their page to view it in use, or visit the Survey Monkey link to make your own (which you can then link to from your blog page).
